REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

LIMITED EDITIONS

Casmir Bucca pieces are produced in extremely limited quantities and tracked within our circulation system.

Because of this exclusivity, returns and exchanges are restricted after you register your purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 36 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing.

Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

REGISTRATION & OWNERSHIP TRANSFER

Each Casmir Bucca bag includes a digital certificate of ownership and unique identification number with recorded history.

Once a bag has been registered in the Casmir Bucca authentication system, ownership of that piece is permanently recorded and the item becomes final sale.

Registered bags cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. We do have a buy back program, please contact us for further details.

RETURNS BEFORE REGISTRATION

If the bag has not been registered, customers may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The bag must remain unregistered in the authentication system
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• All packaging, documentation, and authentication materials must be included
• Return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

Returns requested after this timeframe will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only possible before bag registration and within 3 days of delivery.

Due to the extremely limited quantities of Casmir Bucca pieces, exchanges cannot be guaranteed if the item has sold out.

If an exchange is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

DEFECTS

If your item arrives with a  defect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Photos of the issue
• Description of the defect

If verified, we will offer:

• A replacement (if available), or
• Store credit

AUTHENTICATION VERIFICATION

All returned items must pass Casmir Bucca authentication inspection upon arrival.

Items that fail authentication verification will not be refunded or exchanged.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale immediately upon purchase:

• Custom Bucca Pieces
• Limited Promotional Releases
• Sale Items

REFUSED DELIVERIES

Orders that are refused at delivery are not eligible for refunds.

If a package is returned due to delivery refusal, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs

PROCESSING APPROVED RETURNS

Once a return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the financial institution.
