ORDER PROCESSING
All Casmir Bucca orders are carefully prepared and packaged by our team before shipment.
Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days after purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Limited releases, custom pieces, or high-volume drops may require additional preparation time.
If this applies, the estimated shipping timeframe will be clearly stated at checkout.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Casmir Bucca ships worldwide.
Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times once shipped:
• Canada: 2–5 business days
• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–14 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery windows and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs processing, or regional delays.

TRACKED & SIGNATURE DELIVERY
Due to the limited and collectible nature of Casmir Bucca pieces, all shipments include:
• Tracked shipping
• Signature confirmation upon delivery
This ensures your order arrives safely and helps prevent loss or unauthorized delivery.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
All Casmir Bucca orders are fully insured during transit.
In the rare event that a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
International shipments may be subject tocustoms duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
Casmir Bucca has no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order has not yet shipped, we may be able to assist with address corrections if contacted immediately.
Once an order has been shipped, shipping addresses cannot be changed.

DELIVERY REFUSAL
If a shipment is refused by the recipient, the package will be returned to us.
Orders returned due to delivery refusal are not eligible for refunds. Any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Casmir Bucca is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Because all shipments require a signature upon delivery, we recommend selecting a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
